Terms
Terms of service
These terms explain how Pixel Stream may be used. By creating an account, uploading files, using links, or accessing the API, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Acceptance of terms
You may use Pixel Stream only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and follow all applicable laws. If you use the service for a team, company, or project, you confirm that you have permission to do so on their behalf.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your login details private, and for using a secure password. You must not share access in a way that allows abuse, spam, scraping, or unauthorized uploads.
3. Uploaded content
You keep ownership of files you upload, but you give Pixel Stream the limited permission needed to store, process, display, transmit, preview, cache, and deliver those files through the service.
4. Prohibited content and behavior
Do not upload, link to, or distribute illegal content, malware, phishing pages, stolen material, non-consensual private material, copyright-infringing files, extremist material, harassment, spam, or anything that violates the rights or safety of others.
5. Limits, plans, and fair use
Plans may include limits for file size, storage, bandwidth, retention, API requests, or automation. We may apply technical limits to protect stability, prevent abuse, or keep the service available for other users.
6. Public and private links
Anyone with a public link may be able to view the linked file. Private links and access controls reduce visibility, but you should not use Pixel Stream as the only place to store sensitive or irreplaceable data.
7. API usage
API tokens must be kept secret. You must not use the API to bypass limits, overload infrastructure, scan the service, attack other systems, or automate uploads that violate these terms.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove files, disable links, limit accounts, suspend access, or block traffic when we believe the service is being abused, used illegally, or used in a way that creates risk for Pixel Stream, users, or third parties.
9. Availability and changes
Pixel Stream is provided as-is. We may change features, limits, pricing, retention rules, domains, or infrastructure. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for what you upload and how you share it. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pixel Stream is not liable for lost files, lost profits, indirect damages, downtime, or misuse of links by third parties.
11. Contact and abuse reports
For abuse reports, include the file URL, the reason for the report, and enough context to review it. Reports without a working link or clear explanation may take longer to process.
